GW13 neutral isolating switch is a kind of outdoor high-voltage isolating switch for transformer neutral points in power systems. It is mainly used to close the transformer neutral point grounding circuit under no-load current conditions, so as to realize the switching between neutral point grounding and non-grounding operation modes.
Core functions and applications
Application scenarios: AC 50Hz outdoor high-voltage power transmission and distribution systems.
Main function: To make and break the connection between the transformer neutral point and the ground under no-load condition.
Typical applicable voltage levels: 40.5kV, 72.5kV, 126kV (corresponding to 35kV, 66kV, 110kV substations)
Main structural features
Double-column "V" type structure: the included angle of the two post insulators is 50°, and the base is fixed on a support with an inclination of 25°.
Conductive part: Pure copper strip is used to connect the conductive rod, and the wiring terminal is clamped on the conductive rod to ensure reliable conductivity.
Contact design: Some improved products adopt soft connections to avoid burn-out of the contact finger tails and improve contact reliability.
Operating mechanism:
Manual operation: Can be equipped with CS17 or CS17-G type mechanism;
Electric operation: Can be equipped with CJ6, CJ6B, CJ12A-G and other electric mechanisms.
Anti-misoperation: CS17-G can be installed with DSW4-Y electromagnetic lock to realize electrical interlocking.
